At Accenture, Dr. Cullen's team is examining how to balance short- and long-term solutions to the clinical workforce shortage. Ascension is working on implementing these solutions to benefit their workforce. Ultimately, in order to achieve success, hospitals and health systems will need to focus on the intersection between technology and human need.
