Burnout: Build Employee Engagement to Mitigate Organizational Reputation Risk
September 16, 2026
12–1 p.m. CT | 1–2 p.m. ET | 10–11 a.m. PT
Webinar Overview
Burnout is often treated as an individual issue, but in health care it is more often a signal of broader systemic challenges—including work design, leadership practices, communication gaps and misaligned expectations. This session explores how burnout and other workplace issues can increase the risk of unionization. It also presents practical steps employers can take to address these challenges, including real-world examples of how health care organizations are responding effectively.
Learning Objectives
After this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Identify how burnout and other factors contribute to unionization risks within their organizations.
- Review practical ways to identify risk early—before it leads to turnover.
- Describe concrete actions leaders can take immediately to improve employee engagement and retention.
